Q:What Methods of Payment do You Accept?
I do not expect tips. If you do want to bless me with a gratuity, cash in my piggy bank is always appreciated.
Q: Do You Take Walk Ins?
No, but I do accept same day appointments based on availability, however making an appointment is generally encouraged.
Q: What is Your Cancellation Policy?
I know things happen and life can get hectic, but I depend on my clients to be there when I have reserved time for them. I ask that you please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any changes to be made.
If you are more than 15 min late I may require you to reschedule your appointment or your appointment may be shortened depending on availability that day.
I want to give every client the time they deserve which enables me to give the highest quality service possible!
Failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellation will require you to pay up to 100% of the missed service and a deposit for future appointments.
Q: What Color Line do You Use?
I strive to provide you with the safest and highest quality products available. I use Amonia Free Kevin Murphy and Redken Shades EQ. I also Use Pulp Riot Fashion Color
Q: Can I Bring My Child to the Salon?
I love children, however I do not cut children's hair under the age of 8.
A trip to the Salon is a time of relaxation and pampering for my clients and therefore I prefer that clients do not bring their children with them to their appointments so that they can sit back and relax without interruption. In addition to that, I have very little room in the studio and no place for additional people other than myself and the guest receiving services.
